MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s authorities is ready to carry talks with Ethiopia in conferences anticipated to be hosted by Turkey amid rising tensions over Addis Ababa’s sea entry cope with the break-away area of Somaliland, Caasimada On-line information web site reported on Saturday.
