Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Authorities of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Moallim Mohamud, has introduced the “Somalia Authorized Assist Invoice” to the Higher Home of the Federal Parliament.
Minister Hassan Moallim defined that the invoice goals to supply authorized help to residents who can not afford authorized charges and people who lack entry to the justice system. He emphasised that guaranteeing equal entry to justice is a key precedence, significantly for weak communities.
The proposed laws is a part of ongoing efforts to reform Somalia’s judicial system and enhance authorized protections for all residents. The minister urged senators to assessment and move the invoice, highlighting its significance in strengthening the nation’s justice sector.
