Marlys Darlene (Spring) Bartz, 87 of Rochester, previously of Viola, handed away Tuesday June sixth, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester MN. She was born on November sixteenth, 1935 to Louis and Dollie (Boldt) Spring in Plainview, MN. Later their household moved to a farm in Elgin, MN. Marlys met Richard after he returned residence from the Military in August of 1954. They have been married on Could twenty eighth, 1955 in Elgin MN at Trinity Lutheran Church. They lived on the household farm the place they farmed till her son took over in 2011. In her earlier years she was a accomplice on the farm along with her husband.
Marlys was a longtime member of the Elgin American Legion Auxiliary Submit 573. She loved enjoying bingo, phrase searches, card video games, music, jigsaw puzzles, chicken watching and maintaining with farm information.

Burial will likely be on the Elgin Cemetery.
