Mogadishu, SONNA – On the Nationwide Workshop on the Accession Course of to the Conference on the Safety and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and Worldwide Lakes held in Mogadishu, the Minister of International Affairs and Worldwide Cooperation, H.E. Amb. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, addressed the challenges arising from the mismanagement of transboundary water assets.
