MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somali president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud obtained diplomatic credentials from a brand new Italian ambassador Pier Mario Daccò Coppi in Mogadishu.
President Mohamud obtained credentials from Pier Mario Daccò Coppi at an occasion held on the Presidential Palace, often known as Villa Somalia, with the international minister’s presence.
The ambassador shared with the President messages from the Italian president, demonstrating the efforts to strengthen their relationship with the Somali authorities.
Throughout the brief assembly, each mentioned strengthening diplomatic relations between Italy and the Federal Authorities of Somalia and cooperation in all fields of mutual pursuits.
Lastly, Mr. Mohamud has emphasised the significance of strengthening ties amid efforts by Somalia’s authorities to rebuild and develop the Horn of Africa nation.
