MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Hirshabelle Vice President Yusuf Ahmed Hagar stated on Saturday the federal authorities was undermining regional growth, weeks after President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held talks with the self-proclaimed chief of a parallel administration.
Hagar stated they’d finish their function within the combat towards Islamist insurgents if the federal authorities continues its interference within the area’s political affairs.
The feedback got here weeks after President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud visited the city of Mahas and held talks with Ali Jayte, the self-proclaimed chief of Hiran state. Jayte introduced breaking Hiran away from Hirshabelle state after authorities dismissed him following a long-standing dispute over revenue-sharing and taxes.
