MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Kenya’s President William Ruto has urged Ahmed Madobe, the chief of Somalia’s Jubaland state, to rejoin the Nationwide Consultative Council (NCC) assembly that commenced in Mogadishu this month, that includes the participation of each federal and regional leaders, Caasimada On-line information web site reported on Saturday.
