MOGADISHU (Somaliguardian) – Somalia’s Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre on Tuesday met with appearing UN envoy James Swan in Mogadishu, following Swan’s go to to Kismayo this week, the place he urged Jubaland chief Ahmed Madobe to return to the Nationwide Consultative Council after his latest withdrawal.
